Space Education Adventure

Birmingham CLC's have over a number of years supported pupils to take part in a prestigious science and engineering programme, working with NASA at both the Kennedy Space Centre (KSC) in Florida and The Johnson Space Centre (JSC) in Houston Texas.

The KSC experience includes hands-on activities such as astronaut training, tours and input from astronauts and space scientists.

The students from Great Barr, Bishop Vesey, St Josephs, Callington, St Edmund Campion and George Eliot will use cutting edge technology to record the experience and share it with the wider community on their 11 day adventure beginning October 22nd 2008.
